Role Overview: As our pioneer HR in Thailand, you will play a critical role in building the organization from the ground up. You will be highly engaged in HR strategy, talent acquisition, C&B and culture development while bridging cross-border operations between Thailand and China. Key Responsibilities: · Establish and lead the full spectrum of HR functions in Thailand · Build hiring strategies to support rapid business expansion (AI focus) · Act as a bridge between Thailand operations and China headquarters · Develop organizational structure, policies, and HR frameworks from scratch · Drive culture integration across multicultural teams · Implement modern HR practices, including digital and AI-driven HR tools · Advise leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field · 3+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles · Experience in startup setup, scaling, or regional expansion preferred · Background in AI, energy, tech, or education industries is highly advantageous · Fluent in Mandarin and English (mandatory for HQ coordination) · Strong understanding of Thailand labor laws and HR practices · High adaptability, hands-on mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit
