The Role An opportunity has arisen for a Level 1 Building Surveyor to join the team in a fully remote capacity . You’ll work across a mix of: Commercial building certification projects Technical consultancy and advisory work This role offers strong variety and the chance to be involved in projects from early design through to completion. Key Responsibilities Assessing and approving building applications in line with relevant legislation Providing expert advice on compliance with the NCC and relevant standards Reviewing plans, specifications, and technical documentation Managing client relationships across a range of commercial projects Supporting projects through the full certification lifecycle About You Accredited Level 1 Building Surveyor (QLD) Strong knowledge of the NCC and relevant legislation Experience across commercial projects Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment Confident communicator with a client-focused approach What’s on Offer Fully remote role – work from anywhere in Queensland Diverse mix of certification and consultancy work High level of autonomy and flexibility Opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking consultancy
