What You’ll Be Doing Develop, grow, and penetrate designated SMB accounts to achieve business objectives and revenue targets Identify business opportunities and maintain a proactive approach to driving growth within assigned accounts Understand client needs and pain points, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic priorities Provide professional advice and solutions focused on Agentic Automation, Cybersecurity, and Smart Workstyle; prepare compelling proposals and presentations to decision-makers Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and deliver after-sales support to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and ongoing value Stay informed on industry trends, IT technology developments, and business optimization practices to provide consultative insights Who We’re Looking For Higher Diploma or above in Business Management or related disciplines At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably serving SMB clients in the IT industry Strong knowledge and market intelligence in IT solutions, combined with consultative selling skills, particularly in agentic automation, cybersecurity, and smart workplace technologies Highly motivated, achievement-driven, and eager to take on challenges Positive, customer-focused, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage Applicant with a valid IANG or TTPS visa are welcome to apply Securities Responsibilities Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time. Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records. Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements. Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure.
