Senior Contracts Administrator | $80M Aged Care | Milton Highly regarded Tier 2 builder is looking for a powerhouse Senior Contracts Administrator to take the reins on an flagship $80M Aged Care development in the heart of Milton. This isn't just another project; it’s a high-spec, complex build that requires a sharp commercial mind and a steady hand. The Role As the Lead CA, you will be the commercial engine room of this project. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to ensure financial success from procurement through to final accounts. Your key responsibilities: End-to-end Procurement: Managing sub-contractor packages, negotiations, and let-outs. Financial Management: Leading monthly reporting, variations, progress claims, and cost forecasting. Risk Mitigation: Identifying commercial risks early and implementing savvy solutions. Mentorship: Providing guidance to junior CA staff on-site to foster a high-performing team. What we’re looking for: Experience: 8-10+ years in Contracts Administration within the Australian commercial construction market. Project Pedigree: A proven track record on projects valued at $50M+. Local Knowledge: Strong existing relationships with SEQ sub-contractors. Systems Savvy: Proficiency in Jobpac or similar construction ERP software.
