Balance Home Services is a South Australian family-owned care provider delivering personalised disability and in-home support services for over 20 years. We are looking for an organised and people-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Fullarton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, building positive relationships with clients and support staff, and helping ensure services run smoothly day-to-day. The role is full time, however for the right person, some flexibility may be taken into consideration. The role is office based only, no WFH. About the Role As part of our coordination team, you will support the delivery of services to NDIS participants by assisting with scheduling, client communication, onboarding, development of support plans, risk assessment and general coordination tasks. You will work closely with clients, families, support workers, and internal staff to help maintain high-quality, reliable supports. We are seeking someone who has prior experience managing a caseload of clients. Key Responsibilities Coordinate supports and services for participants Assist with client onboarding and service commencement Communicate with participants, families, and support workers Support scheduling and service coordination activities Monitor client needs and assist with day-to-day problem solving Developing detailed support plans Monitor and be alert for ongoing changes and situations of risk management Maintain accurate client records and documentation Work collaboratively with office and support teams Assist in ensuring services are delivered in line with company standards About You We are looking for someone who is: Organised and able to manage competing priorities Confident communicating with a wide range of people Calm under pressure and solutions-focused Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable using computer systems and administrative processes Passionate about providing quality support services Previous experience managing a case load of care clients Essential Requirements Experience working office based in disability, aged care, healthcare, or community services Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current driver's licence What We Offer Supportive and friendly team environment Stable, long-term opportunity Opportunity to grow within a well-established organisation Dog-friendly office Competitive salary based on experience If you are looking for a rewarding coordination role within a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
