Head of Human Resources Company: Support Care Philippines Inc. The Opportunity As the Head of Human Resources (Philippines) , you will not just manage a department, you will shape our organisational growth. Reporting directly to the Australian Executive Team, you will lead the end-to-end HR, Employee Relations, and Recruitment functions for our modern BGC office. A major focus of this role is building and optimizing our offshore recruitment and compliance capacity. You will lead a dedicated team driving aggressive "Top-of-Funnel" talent acquisition and strict compliance auditing (chasing Australian compliance checks, SLEs, and credentials) using a centralised tracking system, ensuring seamless onboarding collaboration with our local Australian teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership & Partnership Executive Advisory: Partner with the Australian Head of People & Culture and Directors to forecast workforce planning and design agile organizational structures. Leadership Coaching: Coach and mentor local line managers on people management, performance optimization, and proactive leadership. Policy Champion: Develop, implement, and maintain localised HR policies and procedures that drive operational efficiency and keep pace with company growth. Recruitment Capacity & Volume Pipeline Scale the Machine: Build, lead, and upskill the Philippines HR and Recruitment team to meet aggressive, high-volume sourcing and screening KPIs. Compliance Rigor: Oversee the meticulous collection and auditing of Australian regulatory requirements (including SLEs, NDIS checks, and background screens). Tracker Accountability: Ensure the recruitment team maintains 100% real-time data integrity in our Centralised Tracker, guaranteeing a flawless handover to Australian onboarding coordinators. Employee Relations & Compliance Labor Compliance: Maintain deep oversight of Philippine Labor Law (DOLE compliance) and workplace health and safety. Performance Culture: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from high-impact inductions to performance management, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Risk Mitigation: Proactively manage psychological and physical workplace risks, building a safe, supportive, and legally compliant environment. What You'll Bring Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or an equivalent field. Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated HR leadership or Head of HR capacity (ideally within the BPO, offshore healthcare, or global shared services sectors). International Nuance: Proven experience working with Australian or international corporate structures. Familiarity with Australian NDIS/Aged Care compliance frameworks is a massive plus. Leadership Capability: Proven track record of managing and upskilling an HR/Recruitment team of 2–5 people, pushing them to hit volume and quality metrics.
