Disability Support Workers – Coffs Harbour We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. We have opportunities available across Woolgoolga, Bonville, Boambee, Corindi Beach and Emerald Beach , with a range of shifts available, including day and active overnight shifts at our Woolgoolga sites. Requirements: Experience in disability support and trauma-informed support Preferable experience working with participants Skills in wound care and experience with complex medical presentations Experience with personal care Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team delivering therapeutic supports Experience implementing allied health plans, including mealtime management and wound care plans Understanding of restrictive practices and behaviour support plans Experience delivering goal-focused supports with a strong capacity-building approach What we offer: Flexible shifts in Coffs Harbour Ongoing training and professional development, delivered both in person from allied health professionals, Industry leaders and via our online eLearning platforms Opportunities to work in complex therapeutic care settings.
