Our teams help clients to meet their goals and address underlying trauma and mental health issues, while also developing new skills to improve all aspects of their lives. We provide a diverse range of services to individuals, families and community education. Our services include withdrawal services; one-on-one assessment and treatment by psychologists and counsellors; group therapy; residential rehabilitation; and free education at Odyssey College. We're seeking a Team Leader to help build and lead the new team Provide leadership and supervision to the team, supporting the Senior Coordinator Ensure high quality treatment and support in line with our Model of Care Oversee data, notes and reporting Develop partnerships with stakeholders including PHN, LHDs and other providers Carry a small caseload of your own Works across the Sydney North region (Hornsby, Northern Beaches and Ryde) as the service grows Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or VET qualification with significant experience Demonstrated experience leading or managing a team within a clinical governance framework Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver AOD programs, particularly in community settings Experience supporting people with complex, intersecting needs (AOD, mental health, cognitive impairment, justice involvement) Experience building stakeholder relationships, including with funding bodies, and working within communities Knowledge and experience responding to clients in crisis Emotional resilience and the ability to stay calm while supporting clients in high emotion situations Understanding of the current AOD treatment context in NSW including Clinical Care Standards Current NSW Driver Licence WWCC (for paid work) National Police Check (>1 yr old) Unrestricted right to work in Australia COVID Vaccinated Applications Close: 31 Aug 26
