We are looking for a hands-on, self-starting Sales & E-Commerce Officer to drive growth across both our food B2B channels and online store platforms. If you enjoy taking full ownership, love sales hustle, and possess a solid mix of traditional retail distribution and digital commerce skills, this role offers high autonomy and impact. Responsibilities: B2B & Channel Sales Expand sales distribution for our consumer food products across Hong Kong. Manage day-to-day accounts and pitch to supermarkets, specialty stores, and B2B clients. E-Commerce Operations: Manage and optimize our Shopify e-stores (food & children’s fashion). Focus on store layout, product listings, and conversion performance. Digital Campaigns Run digital campaigns across Facebook Business Suite, Google Adsand Rednote (Xiaohongshu) to boost brand awareness and revenue. Sales Channel Analytics Monitor channel sales performance, ad spend ROI, and key account activity to keep growth on track. Requirements & Qualifications Experience:** 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in FMCG or Retail/Fashion Retail Networks: Prior experience working with HK supermarkets or key grocery channels is “strongly preferred” E-Commerce Skills: Practical experience operating and updating Shopify stores. Digital Marketing: Experience handling paid social and search ads (Meta, Google Ads, Xiaohongshu/Rednote). Mindset: Proactive self-starter, sales-focused, and comfortable working directly with founders in a lean team environment. Languages: Good written and spoken Cantonese and English .
