The Opportunity We are currently recruiting several opportunities for this firm. These roles will play a key role in delivering accounting and advisory services to clients while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review annual financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work across a varied client portfolio. Deliver high-quality technical compliance work, applying accounting and tax knowledge to resolve issues and ensure accurate outcomes for clients. Build strong relationships with engagement teams across the business and contribute to the efficient delivery of compliance services. Assist with data gathering, analysis, and knowledge sharing within the team. Manage multiple engagements while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines. About You Experience within a New Zealand Chartered Accounting environment. Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance. Working towards (or holding) CAANZ, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification. Strong systems capability (experience with Xero, APS, MYOB or similar advantageous). Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Team-oriented, with the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously. Professional approach with a strong client focus.
