ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor who possesses construction knowledge. The ideal candidate could have experience in project managing building sites, or have a trade background and be looking to take the next step in your career! The role will entail managing sites across Southern NSW and the ACT. With a close and supportive team to support you, this role really is suited to a candidate with a positive, can-do attitude. ESSENTIAL SKILLS Relevant experience in a similar role within Residential Home Building in NSW and the ACT Commitment to safety on site Solid working knowledge of building codes and requirements in NSW and the ACT Ability to deliver high quality homes from site-start to handover Has strong communication skills and displays professionalism to all Clients and Key Stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills A natural problem solver who has the ability to work autonomously Highly organised and able to manage a variety of activities, whilst maintaining a consistent positive and professional attitude Exceptional telephone manner Hold a valid drivers licence (mandatory) Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with management, staff and customers at all levels ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about the construction industry.
