About the role Most broking roles ask you to build your own book. This one doesn't. Loansmart handles thousands of applications every month, people who have already come to us wanting a personal loan, a car loan, or help consolidating their debt. Your job is to look after them properly. Not to find them. Key responsibilities Look after inbound applications from clients seeking personal loans, car loans, or debt consolidation help Handle several deals at once, as leads are delivered as they arrive Compare real options across a panel of more than eleven lenders Place deals with the right lender for the client Give people advice, not just an answer Look at a client's situation, compare real options across a panel, and explain why you're recommending what you're recommending About you Experienced finance broker or lending adviser, currently working in personal or vehicle finance Organised enough to handle several deals at once Good on the phone, as we all work from home Accurate in writing emails Like hitting targets; we love sharing the results internally Give people advice, not just an answer Can look at a client's situation, compare real options across a panel, and explain why you're recommending what you're recommending Benefits Warm inbound applications, every day.
