Contractor’s Labour Officer

A Cat.C “Road & Drainage” and “Site Formation” Civil Engineering Main Contractor has the following immediate vacancies: - Responsibilities: Oversee attendance, wage payments, and MPF contributions for all site workers. Assist in addressing and monitoring complaints regarding wage arrears and MPF contributions raised by site workers. Provide support in coordinating HR-related tasks. Collaborate with relevant departments and parties to meet project submission requirements. Perform site clerk duties, including daily filing, copying, typing, and assisting with general site administration inquiries. Requirements: Attaining Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics) or equivalent; or (ii) attaining Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics) or equivalent Full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties and good job records Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese; and Good computer knowledge; and Preferably have completed a post secondary certificate programme on human resources or personnel management.
