Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction across all Finance and Accounting functions, including financial planning, reporting, treasury, taxation, manufacturing costing, cash flow management. Partner with the Executive Committee and business leaders to develop financial strategies, evaluate business opportunities, and support the Company’s long-term growth objectives. Deliver financial insights, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors to support timely and effective decision-making. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategic priorities. Drive business performance by monitoring profitability, manufacturing costs, working capital, cash flow, capital expenditure, and return on investment. Oversee capital allocation, investment evaluation, funding requirements, liquidity, and financial risk management. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance policies. Strengthen financial governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance across the organization. Provide strategic oversight of Procurement, International Purchasing, and Information Technology functions through the respective functional managers. Drive finance transformation, process optimization, automation, digitalization, and effective utilization of SAP and other business systems. Build and develop a high-performing Finance and Accounting team, strengthening leadership capability and supporting the Company’s succession plan. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 20 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership position. Proven experience as a Finance Director, Vice President of Finance, Deputy CFO, CFO, or a comparable senior finance leadership role. Strong experience in a large-scale manufacturing or industrial organization is highly preferred. Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, manufacturing costing, working capital, capital expenditure, and internal controls. Experience in a listed company, multinational organization, or group of companies, including consolidated financial reporting, is preferred. Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly Finance, Controlling, or related modules, is highly desirable. Experience overseeing Procurement, International Purchasing, IT, or other corporate support functions is an advantage. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, analytical capability, and sound business judgment. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Good command of spoken and written English.
