Property Management Executive

Role Overview We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Property Management Executive to oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties, including condominiums, apartments, and shophouses. This role requires strong operational judgment, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage properties efficiently in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end property operations for condominiums, apartments, and shophouses Manage short-term rental listings and performance across global platforms such as Airbnb Agoda Trip.com Handle guest communication professionally, including inquiries, reservations, and issue resolution Act as the primary point of contact for operational and on-site problem-solving Coordinate and manage housekeeping schedules, maintenance teams, and external vendors Conduct quality control inspections to ensure properties meet brand and service standards Ensure seamless daily operations, guest satisfaction, and asset protection Working Structure Flexible working hours with a results-driven approach Workload may vary depending on operational requirements Ability to respond promptly to urgent matters, including on-site intervention when necessary Candidate Profile Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rental operations Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Agoda, and Trip.com Professional-level English communication skills (spoken and written) Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and operational leadership Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities (critical requirement) Highly adaptable, organized, and capable of working independently Candidates based in or near the Sukhumvit area are strongly preferred What We Offer Competitive monthly compensation of THB 35,000 Flexible remote working environment Exposure to international guests and global platforms Opportunity to grow with an expanding property portfolio
