Wall & Floor Tiling Trainer & Assessor – Part-Time Sunshine College of Management Sunshine, Melbourne VIC $50–$60 per hour | Part-Time | 20 hours per week Sunshine College of Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Wall & Floor Tiling Trainer & Assessor to join our vocational education team at our Sunshine training facility. This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week, offering an attractive hourly rate of $50–$60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The Role You will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training and conducting competency-based assessments for: CPC31320 – Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling Key responsibilities include: - Delivering engaging classroom and practical workshop training - Demonstrating wall and floor tiling techniques and current industry practices - Conducting competency-based assessments - Supporting students throughout their training - Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback - Maintaining accurate training and assessment records - Ensuring assessment evidence meets RTO and regulatory requirements - Participating in validation and continuous improvement activities - Maintaining a professional and safe workshop environment About You To be successful in this role, you should have: - CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling, or a relevant equivalent qualification - A Trainer and Assessor qualification that meets current RTO requirements - Current and relevant wall and floor tiling industry skills and knowledge - Practical industry experience as a wall and floor tiler - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - The ability to engage and support students from diverse backgrounds - Good organisational and record-keeping skills - A strong commitment to workplace health and safety Previous experience delivering vocational training within an RTO will be highly regarded.
