In this dynamic role, you will be the heart of our member experience—providing exceptional customer service, maintaining smooth administrative operations, and actively driving membership growth. Key Responsibilities Member Care & Onboarding Inquiry Management: Respond to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, addressing questions or concerns promptly. Onboarding & Processing: Process new memberships, renewals, and payments, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for every new member. Events & Community: Organise and coordinate member events and activities to foster a strong community feel and maintain high engagement. Database & Administration Database Integrity: Manage and maintain our membership database with accurate record-keeping and timely renewal tracking. General Admin: Assist with various daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. Sales & Growth Sales Driving: Confidently engage with prospective members, share the benefits of joining Olympia Gym, and close sign-ups with enthusiasm. Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the sales and marketing team to promote membership benefits and drive community growth. What We’re Looking For Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in the fitness industry (required). Customer Service Focus: Proven passion for providing exceptional, client-first support. Sales Confidence: Ability to confidently engage potential members, share the benefits of joining Olympia Gym, and drive membership sign-ups with enthusiasm. Organisational Skills: Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail. Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with database management systems, gym management software, or CRM platforms. Relevant Experience: Background in a membership, client coordination, or administrative support role within fitness or office administration. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with a diverse range of members and stakeholders. Positive Attitude: A proactive, flexible, and adaptable mindset that thrives in a dynamic gym environment.
