About the role We are seeking an HR Compliance & Employee Relations Officer to join Tech101 Technologies Inc. in Navotas City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining our organisation's compliance with employment regulations whilst fostering positive employee relations across the company. As HR Compliance & Employee Relations Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our workforce policies align with local and national labour laws, whilst simultaneously building and maintaining strong relationships between management and employees. This role is essential to our human resources function, directly contributing to a compliant, engaged and motivated workplace culture. Key responsibilities Monitor and ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, regulations and company policies across all levels of the organisation Manage and investigate employee grievances and complaints, ensuring fair and impartial resolution in accordance with established procedures Develop and implement employee relations strategies to enhance workplace morale, engagement and retention Coordinate and conduct employee relations training programmes for managers and staff Maintain accurate records of employee relations matters, complaints and resolutions Liaise with external bodies including the Department of Labour and Employment (DOLE) and other regulatory authorities as required Assist in the development and updating of employee handbooks, policies and procedures Support the HR team in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance at each stage Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify gaps and areas for improvement Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee relations matters and regulatory compliance What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR compliance and employee relations roles Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, regulations and best practices in industrial and employee relations Proven experience in handling employee grievances, investigations and conflict resolution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff Strong organisational and time management abilities, with capability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems Certification in HR (e.g. PHR, CHRM or equivalent) is highly desirable
