The Opportunity This is an entry-level, hands-on role working alongside experienced technicians across the Bay of Plenty including Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, Papamoa, Waihi, Rotorua and the wider BOP area. You’ll be out in customers’ homes, helping service and maintain heat pump systems — and learning the trade as you go. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow, take responsibility, and build a long-term career. You don’t need experience - but you do need a great attitude and a willingness to step up and represent our brand well. What You’ll Be Learning With training and support, you’ll learn how to: Assist with servicing and repairing heat pumps and HVAC systems Help diagnose faults and understand how systems work Carry out routine maintenance and system checks Work safely on-site in homes and light commercial buildings Communicate professionally with customers Complete job documentation and service records Take pride in your workmanship, presentation, and growth Work as part of a supportive team across the Auckland region What We’re Looking For We can teach the technical skills — what we’re really looking for is someone who: Takes pride in how they present themselves and their work Communicates clearly and confidently with customers Has a strong work ethic and shows up reliably Is switched on, motivated, and eager to learn Enjoys hands-on, practical work Works well in a team and contributes positively You’ll also need: NZ Residency, Citizenship, or a valid Work Visa A restricted or full NZ driver’s licence (or working towards it) What We Offer Full-time, stable employment with a growing company On-the-job training and skill development Supportive, down-to-earth team culture Opportunities to grow and move up within the business
