About the role Commercial Business Manager responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the commercial and industrial sectors, including Food & Beverage (F&B), real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, and healthcare. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key local stakeholders, collaborating with headquarters and technical teams to deliver customized water treatment solutions, and representing ANGEL at local trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Key responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across the commercial and industrial sectors, including Food & Beverage (F&B), real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, and healthcare Build and maintain strong relationships with key local stakeholders, including developers, contractors, system integrators, and government agencies Collaborate with headquarters and technical teams to deliver customized water treatment solutions that meet customer requirements Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations for prospective clients Monitor project progress and provide end-to-end support throughout the pre-sales and after-sales process Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify industry trends and adjust business strategies accordingly Represent ANGEL at local trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events About you Bachelor's degree or above Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, or industrial solutions sales Experience in water treatment, HVAC, building services, or related industries is preferred Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with government procurement, tenders, and bidding processes is preferred
