Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality English lessons to small groups of students (K1 to Primary 6), with a strong focus on reading and writing development Take a leading role in classroom teaching, ensuring engaging, structured, and effective learning experiences Provide individualized support to students to strengthen language skills and academic performance Guide and support teaching staff through practical demonstrations, co-teaching, and sharing of effective classroom strategies Assist in refining teaching materials and lesson plans to align with the Hong Kong local curriculum Support basic administrative and training-related tasks within the centre Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in English, Education, or related disciplines Minimum 4 years of teaching or tutoring experience in schools or learning centres Strong familiarity with the Hong Kong local primary English curriculum Proven classroom teaching ability with a hands-on, student-focused approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with students and parents Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese
