Production Supervisor (Yield Champion)

About the role Join our production team as an Assistant Production Supervisor at Eagle Ottawa (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Rayong. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. Your focus will be on supporting the Production Supervisor in overseeing the daily activities of our production lines. What you'll be doing Yield A analysis and driving: Make use of RT Yield tracking report and daily yield bridge report to analyze and identify cutting yield opportunities. Activities resume from cross-function of cutting and finishing plant for the yield activities through daily quick response meeting, Yield meeting, etc. Cutting leather quality open issue collection and feedback, as well as Finishing TIP open issue tracking. Participation of crust source matrix, crust sorting proposal for maximizing yield benefit. Hold yield swarm, open issue online workshop for yield improvement if necessary. Enhance and standardize the working process related to cross-functional cooperation work for the coach/super coach skill matrix build-up and upgrade. Skill matrix analysis skill of Yield Expert and Supercoach. Lead continuous improvement projects about yield, cost, process optimization assigned by line manager. Functional Job Activities Activity 1: Yield TA cutting facility Yield, target: hit planned yield. Support cutting operations to deliver good quality and productivity, hit planned IPPM, GPM productivity. Assist yield champion to build a strong and reliable yield team. Responsibilities of Quality System: Familiar with QMS procedures, strictly follows the company’s system of IATF16949 Responsibilities of OHS/EMS System: Recognize with OHSE regulation, strictly follows the company’s system of ISO14001 & ISO45001 Reporting Responsibilities: Real-time Yield report every 2 hr. and end of shift Training Requirement: Proficient Cutter Yield calculation, BPCS & Citrix system Complete the Yield bridge Multifunctional training Expert in natural marking and finishing defect Quality system manual Problem Solving, Engagement, Leadership, Assertive Communication, Lean Manufacturing Leader Leadership Model What we're looking for Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a major in leather, Chemical or Engineering, Technical Color capability Good computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint Proactive work attitude, team player, and able to act with ownership Good at working under pressure Self-motivated, strong sense of accountability Customer-oriented and team approach Leather cutting hands-on, leather understanding, cutting business fully understanding What we offer At Eagle Ottawa (Thailand) Co., Ltd., we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
