Legal and Internal Audit Officer

Who We Are Thai Tank Terminal Limited is a fully integrated service provider specializing in the storage and handling of petroleum, petrochemical, and liquid chemical products. The company is located in the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province. The company is a joint venture among leading organizations: PTT Tank Terminal, Royal Vopak of the Netherlands, and Gulf Development. It has extensive experience and expertise in managing liquid storage terminals, jetties, pipeline systems, and related logistics services. Role and responsibility Provide legal advice on business operations, contracts, and corporate matters Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies; assess and mitigate legal risks Coordinate with external counsel and support dispute resolution or litigation (if any) Support corporate governance matters (Board resolutions, shareholder matters, POA/DOA, company secretarial coordination) Develop and strengthen compliance frameworks and governance policies; promote ethical conduct and transparency Conduct investigations on fraud, misconduct, or policy violations when assigned Liaise with auditors, regulators, and relevant authorities Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan across all departments Conduct independent audits on governance, internal controls, regulatory compliance, DOA, and risk management (excluding ISO audits) Evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps/risks, and issue clear audit reports with actionable recommendations Monitor audit findings and ensure timely corrective actions Perform other related assignments as requested Act as OLMS Learner and Supervisor Work Location Bangkok (with regular travel to Rayong required) or Rayong Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, permits and licenses, governmental liaison, or business administration Experience in Petrochemical industry is an advantage TOEIC score of 550 or above Able to work in Bangkok and travel regularly to Rayong, or be based in Rayong
