Reputable Organization Good career exposure in healthcare settings Competitive Remuneration Package As a Director, Diagnostic Imaging, you will be responsible for the following duties: Provide strategic leadership and overall operational oversight of the Department, driving service excellence, business performance and sustainable growth. Assume full P&L accountability, leading financial planning, budgeting, productivity, cost optimization and effective resource allocation. Champion a seamless, patient-centric experience by optimizing service delivery, patient touchpoints, accessibility, comfort and operational efficiency. Ensure the Department has the right people, capabilities, infrastructure and resources to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives. Partner with Medical Specialists and clinical leaders to advance clinical excellence, innovation, multidisciplinary collaboration and integrated care delivery. Lead strategic collaboration with Customer Relations and key stakeholders to strengthen market presence, referral networks, patient outreach and business development. Partner with Finance and Customer Relations to develop competitive pricing strategies, enhance profitability, identify revenue opportunities and strengthen commercial performance. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, quality, patient satisfaction and regulatory excellence, while building strong internal and external partnerships to achieve organizational goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Radiography or a related discipline Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a private healthcare setting, preferably within Diagnostic Imaging.
