We’re looking for an experienced A-player Painter who takes genuine pride in their work and wants to be part of a great team. You’ll need proven experience in: Painting & finishing, Plastering, Spraying, , Surface preparation, Residential painting and renovation work. Great painters are worth looking after. Key responsibilities Complete painting and preparation work to a high standard. Follow job specifications, instructions and company systems. Prepare surfaces correctly before painting. Maintain clean, tidy and organized work areas. Protect clients' homes, furniture, floors and belongings. Look after company tools, equipment and vehicles. Communicate with supervisors and teammates about job progress and issues. Identify problems early and help find solutions. Work safely and follow all health and safety requirements. Treat clients, properties and other tradespeople with respect. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. 10% on top of your weekly pay after 6 months working with us. Good attitude and reliable work ethic. Must have valid NZ working rights. Valid driver's license and own transportation. Fluency in English is essential. Ability to work as part of a team. Good communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Experienced painter and GIB stopper minimum 5 years. Experience with residential or commercial painting. Knowledge of surface preparation and painting systems.
