Junior Learning Designer ตำแหน่งงานนี้มีความสำคัญต่อบริษัทในการออกแบบและนำเสนอกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่สร้างสรรค์ ช่วยเพิ่มทักษะและพัฒนาความสามารถของพนักงานให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของธุรกิจหน้าที่หลัก: ภาพรวมบทบาทหน้าที่ : 1. หน้างาน - Facilitate/อำนวยกระบวนการกลุ่มย่อย - Staff (รันคิว/วิ่งไมค์/จัดการ สไลด์ แสง สี เสียง ถ้ามี) - สอน/นำกระบวนการหลัก (Junior = สนับสนุน/ช่วย/ฝึกฝน/ทดลอง) หน้าที่นี้เป็นระดับการพัฒนา 2. ออกแบบประสบการณ์เรียนรู้ (มี Senior ให้คำแนะนำ หลักการ ข้อเสนอแนะ) - วิเคราะห์ Trend และพัฒนาต่อยอด องค์ความรู้ใหม่ ๆ - วิเคราะห์ ความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อออกแบบหลักสูตร และนำเสนอลูกค้า - ออกแบบกระบวนการเรียนรู้ จัดทำสื่อ เอกสารประกอบการเรียนรู้ และแบบประเมิน 3. หลังบ้าน - สนับสนุน การโทรศัพท์ ประสานงาน (ถ้ามี) - สนับสนุน การจัดทำรายงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สรุปผล (ถ้ามี) - สนับสนุน การประสานงานห้องพัก การเดินทาง และรายละเอียดการเตรียมงานต่าง ๆ (ถ้ามี)
