Key Responsibilities: Investment Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and other investment vehicles. Due Diligence: Assist in performing comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including analyzing financial statements, industry trends, competitive positioning, and operational performance. Market Research: Perform industry and market research to identify new investment opportunities and assess market trends, risks, and growth potential. Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models (e.g., discounted cash flow, precedent transaction, comparable company analysis) to support investment decisions and valuation processes. Investment Reporting: Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing investment opportunities, key risks, and expected returns. Portfolio Management Support: Assist in monitoring the performance of portfolio companies and prepare regular reports on portfolio company performance and strategic initiatives. Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to support the investment process, including deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
