Accounts Officer Responsibility : Responsible for General Admin bill passing for Project. Responsible for accounting of Tax and Payroll for Project. Coordination with project team members and assisting the Manager- Rayong for Project controls and proper accounting for Rayong project. To ensure accurate & timely processing of payroll and T/A bills & Administration expenses for Project staff and their financial accounting as per the Standards & Birla Carbon policies. To advise for timely and accurate payments to all stakeholder (including employees) operating at Rayong plant related while coordinating with Angthong team. To advise and submit timely and complete documents for Project Bills to Bangkok for timely payments and compliance and Cash Flow. To ensure all compliances of local tax laws and to fulfil the internal and external audit requirements for above role activities. Proper accounting and review of booking of bills for purchase of materials/services project costs and services. Initiate timely and accurate payment requests for payment releases to all stakeholders related. Proper accounting and review of Tax (VAT, WHT, Customs etc.) accounting and proper accounting of payroll cost. Initiate timely and accurate tax payment requests for payments. Performing timely and accurate Month end closing for Rayong Preparation of MIS reports for Rayong as required for management reporting. Coordinating with Site Dept for ensuring system and procedure compliance and ensuring and strengthening internal controls. Qualification : Bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting /MBS with 3 to 6 years’ experience in Accounts, especially in Project and Manufacturing. Experience in Reputed Manufacturing Company in Plant Finance and Accounts. Good Previous experience and Manufacturing /Project accounting exposure. Strong Finance Knowledge of Capex Accounting. Good system and Internal Controls knowledge and skills. SAP Knowledge and analytical Skill. English Communication Skill and Tax & Statutory Knowledge. Overall Finance & Accounting Knowledge.
