Purpose of Position Generate a strategic plan to improve RM quality. Create the company's quality standards and testing systems to reflect reliability and performance of raw material and supplier. Manage, coach and develop QCI team to achieve the agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvement. Ensure incoming raw material quality comply with MHC requirement. Manage supplier audit activity and lead audit for raw material quality and GMP requirement at supplier site. Key Accountabilities Monitor and drive raw material quality improvement with internal and external suppliers. Manage supplier CAPA (SCAR), evaluating, reporting and escalating supplier performance accordance with MHC requirements, applicable quality, and environmental standards. Lead and support team for SMA process or validation process for supplier. Lead and support the supplier quality improvement/change project Manage the root cause analysis with key internal/key external suppliers to track/solve quality problem together. Be a Lead Auditor for supplier’s quality and process audit/qualification. Lead, maintain and report the supplier audit plan/report and approved suppliers list. Coordinate with material owner, product owner, procurement to review, qualify, approve or verify material quality. Support new product launches to ensure supplier are capable of delivering to the required quality standard. Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advice others of any impact. Implement a working system for raw material to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supplier Quality Management in manufacturing preferably in medical device manufacturing. Knowledge of supplier qualifications, supplier audits, and supplier performance management is prefered. Knowledge of Lean fundamentals with six sigma greenbelts certified is an advantage. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills. Good command of English.
