About the role We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis at our showroom/office at T-Space in Tampines. As Receptionist, you will ensure all visitors are properly welcomed and give basic product information to customers. Key responsibilities Greet and welcome all visitors to our showroom Maintaining a tidy, organized, and welcoming showroom environment Provide very basic product information to customers Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels Collect customer details and pass on to relevant department What we're looking for No prior experience required Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Professional outlook and courteous demeanour with a genuine commitment to customer service Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Ability to work independently whilst being collaborative and supportive to colleagues Experience with social media account management or media editing is advantageous What we offer We offer a competitive remuneration package which includes various bonuses outside of the basic salary.
