Department: Operations Amata Purpose of Position : To control production in order to produce and securely deliver products according to production plans. Supervise operator’s work to that all activities comply with the company Quality and Environment Policies and Management System. Key Accountabilities : Supervise and lead the operators so that it enhances their ability to perform according to the company’s rules and regulations. Guide and advise operators so that they are able to work according to company and customer requirements. Train operators to be able to produce assigned products according to design and specification. Maintain annual production performance in order to achieve company targets. Evaluate the operator’s performance on a yearly basis to enhance the operator’s potential. Improve the work environment and processes so that they are modernized and comply with the relevant regulations. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology or related field. Experience in production supervision and productivity improvement in manufacturing environment. Knowledge of SAP, Lean, Six Sigma would be an advantage. Mature, dynamic with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Able to work on shift. All positions require a good command of both spoken and written English with PC skills.
