Position: Helper Salary: 25k-30k Location: Central Floresta Phuket Contract duration: 3 months Workdays: 6 days/week (10:00 – 21:00) Responsibilities: 1. Provide a warm, professional greeting to clients, ensuring a positive first impression as they enter the store. 2. Answer general questions, assist with directions within the store, and connect clients with appropriate sales associates. 3. Coordinate client traffic in busy periods, ensuring a seamless experience and minimizing wait times. 4. Keep the entrance and reception areas immaculate and organized, aligning with Hermès standards. 5. Assist in preparing and executing in-store events, including VIP experiences, to enhance client satisfaction. Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s in any field. 2. At least 1 year of experience in hostess, customer service, guest service. 3. Well-groomed with a professional appearance. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Good command in English. 6. Service-minded and customer-oriented.
