Collect, organize, verify, and maintain business data to ensure accuracy and completeness. 2. Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and tracking sheets. 3. Monitor operational data, identify discrepancies and trends, and provide insights for improvement. 4. Support data management, reconciliation, and cross-functional data requirements. 5. Maintain data confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive business information. 6. Perform other data-related tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements: ✅ High integrity, strong sense of confidentiality, and trustworthy in handling business data. ✅ Experience in Data Analyst, Data Operations, Business Analyst, or related roles. ✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookup functions, data cleaning, and reporting). ✅ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. ✅ Fluent Chinese communication skills are required. ✅ Experience in Internet, FinTech, Web3, or Blockchain industries is an advantage.
