Bicycle Mechanic

About the role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Professional Bicycle Mechanic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience working with high-end road, gravel, mountain, and performance bicycles. You will be responsible for ensuring every bicycle leaving our workshop meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and craftsmanship. Key responsibilities Assembly, servicing, and maintenance of premium bicycles Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic groupsets Install, tune, and service the latest Shimano, Campagnolo, and SRAM groupsets, including Di2, EPS, and AXS systems Perform precision bike fitting adjustments and drivetrain optimisation Build and true wheels to professional standards Inspect, assemble, and service modern carbon fibre frames and components Conduct safety checks and quality control on all bicycles before delivery Advise customers on maintenance requirements and component upgrades Maintain workshop cleanliness, tools, and inventory About you Minimum 5 years of professional bicycle mechanic experience Strong knowledge of the latest Shimano, Campagnolo, and SRAM systems Experience working with high-end carbon road, gravel, and mountain bikes Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electronic shifting issues Experience with hydraulic disc brake systems Meticulous attention to detail and pride in workmanship Excellent customer service and communication skills Passion for cycling and bicycle technology
