Data Solution Analyst | Leading MNC

My client, a multinational company, is hiring for a Data Solution Analyst to join a regional data team supporting key data transformation initiatives across APAC. This role is ideal for someone who can work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, translate them into clear requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to support the delivery of data integration solutions. What you will do Support data integration topics involving source systems, APIs, data flows, and data pipelines Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, clarify, and challenge data requirements Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical and data teams Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, and platform teams to support delivery Help define how data should move from source systems into the data platform Document requirements, data mappings, integration flows, dependencies, and business rules Support prioritization of incoming requests and manage stakeholder expectations Ensure requirements are well captured, documented, and communicated across teams Participate in regional data initiatives involving multiple business and technical stakeholders What we are looking for Experience working on data-related projects, ideally around data platforms, data integration, APIs, ETL/ELT, or data pipelines Strong ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear documentation Good understanding of source systems, data flows, and how data is used by the business Strong communication skills and confidence working with business and technical stakeholders Good documentation skills, including functional specifications, data mappings, or process flows Ability to manage multiple requests, clarify priorities, and communicate trade-offs Comfort working in a regional or cross-functional environment Nice to have Exposure to Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or other cloud data platforms Knowledge of lakehouse or Medallion Architecture concepts Background as a Data Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Analytics Engineer, Functional Data Engineer, or Data Integration Analyst
