ORCA SWIM SCHOOLS WOULD LIKE TO WELCOME YOU TO RECEPTION / MAINTAINING OUR SWIM SCHOOL - PROGRESSING TO TEACHING IN OUR MAGNESIUM SALT POOL (33deg C – TOASTY) ORCA Swim Schools is excited to announce a unique opportunity to join our team! Following the departure of a long-term team member, we are looking for a motivated new superstar to handle reception, help maintain our facility, and progress to teaching in our heated magnesium salt pool (33°C) down the track. If you are looking for a few shifts a week without a major time commitment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Reception or Swim Teaching experience are preferred and highly sought after but not required, as we will happily provide paid training and guide you every step of the way. We are looking for someone who enjoys working around children, will take pride in keeping our facility sparkling, and has a bright personality to serve as the face of our business at the front desk. Our structured shifts are ideal for local parents looking to re-enter the workforce or supplement their income, as well as university students. We value long-term employment, and many of our team members have been with us for over four years, creating a stable, supportive, and inclusive environment. If you're already a swim teacher looking for a change of scenery and want to add reception to your skillset, we would love to hear from you. Our roster consists of regular hours, and we never permanently roster anyone for both weekend days unless requested. Additional employment perks will be discussed during the interview stage. Note - we operate 7 days per week and expect that you would have availability over one day across the weekend!
