Work 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Manage and oversee both Overseas and Local Purchasing activities for the manufacturing plant. Handle procurement of Direct Materials , especially chemicals and chemical raw materials , as well as Indirect Materials . Coordinate Import & Export processes and related logistics activities to ensure materials are delivered on schedule. Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure the best combination of quality, price, delivery, and commercial terms . Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and other purchasing conditions with local and overseas suppliers. Review and compare quotations and select suitable suppliers based on company requirements. Prepare and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and efficiently. Follow up on purchase orders, shipment schedules, and deliveries to prevent material shortages or production disruptions. Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal departments, including Production, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and other related teams. Monitor and control purchasing costs in line with the approved budget and identify opportunities for cost reduction and purchasing efficiency improvement . Maintain accurate purchasing records and update procurement information in the company system. Supervise and support the purchasing team, including work planning, prioritization, follow-up, and problem-solving. Handle urgent purchasing and supply chain issues effectively to support continuous factory operations. Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and applicable management systems, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, GMP, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements .
