Project & Product Specialist

Our client is a well-established international sourcing and product development company partnering with leading retailers across Europe and Asia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects, collaborating with global stakeholders, and bringing innovative products from concept to market. Responsibilities Product Development & Project Management Manage the end-to-end product development process from concept, sampling, and prototyping through to production Develop project timelines and ensure key milestones are delivered on schedule Work closely with international clients to understand requirements and translate concepts into commercially viable products Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing partners to monitor progress and ensure product quality standards are met Participate in product testing, refinement, and continuous improvement initiatives Prepare product specifications, technical documentation, and manufacturing guidelines Stakeholder & Vendor Management Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams Act as the key contact for product development projects and provide regular progress updates Collaborate with design, sourcing, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution Proactively identify and resolve development or production issues Innovation & Market Awareness Stay informed of market trends, consumer preferences, and innovative product developments Contribute ideas that enhance product functionality, quality, and commercial appeal Support the development of products that align with customer expectations and market opportunities Requirements Experience in project management to production, manufacturing, industrial design, or a related field Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitie Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-driven Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Passion for contemporary design, product innovation, and consumer trends Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin If you enjoy being involved in the creation and development of products, bringing ideas to life, and working at the intersection of design, development, and business, we'd love to hear from you.
