Business Analyst - Credit Card

WE are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with banking experience, in particular experience in Credit Card and unsecure lending. An initial contract of 12-months will be offered renewal will be on mutual agreement. Interested party please apply with your latest resume and required salary. Responsibilities · Manage Credit card related projects in business areas aligning with the Bank’s project management framework and make sure the deliverables meet business needs as well as aligning with global technical roadmap; · Schedule and deliver system solutions in accordance with relevant business requirements; · Work closely with business stakeholder, software engineers and service providers, to ensure the delivered projects/ solutions can meet the budget, timeline, and quality objectives in alignment with business strategy; · Provide professiona view and insight from domain knowledge perspective to make sure the application to cater business growth requirement, improve customer experience and operational efficiency Requirements · University degree in Computer Science or related discipline; · Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Credit Card or unsecure lending field; · Digital, Cloud or API project experience is a plus; · Experience in SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD technologies, concepts and tools preferred; · Excellent communication skill and teamwork with business stakeholder and IT teams, fluent in Cantonese and English · Strong customer service and continuous improvement mindset, able to drive and deliver changes to add-value to the business; · Curious, strong analytical and problem-solving skill, ability to motivate team members; · Good team player with ability to work under stress and self-motivate; · Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin; · Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
