Key Responsibilities: Proceed purchase requisition including material and service sourcing, quotation bidding tendering, price negotiation, material and supplier master monitoring; PO creation and follow-up, closely monitoring delivery schedule doing pull-in and pull-out as per project status; Verifying delivery note and invoice for payment arrangement; Handling quality issue and material return. Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in procurement, supply chain or engineering related; 2-3 years experience in procurement or supply chain; Proficient in MS Word Processing and Excel; Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
