Production Supervisor

Responsibilities: 3.1 Team Daily Management 3.1.1 Record and calculate operators' daily performance and summarize performance data on a monthly basis. 3.1.2 Provide daily training and guidance to operators. 3.1.3 Make temporary adjustments and replacements of operators when necessary. 3.2 Production Scheduling Management 3.2.1 Schedule and manage production according to the production plan, supervise production activities, and report any abnormalities. 3.2.2 Guide operators to perform production activities in accordance with SOP requirements, check production results, and ensure that the production plan is achieved. 3.2.3 Regularly check the production process. 3.2.4 Analyze the root causes when production does not meet requirements. 3.2.5 Discuss and review the weekly production plan with the Production Operations Department and Shift Leaders. 3.3 Quality Management 3.3.1 Guide and supervise operators to work in accordance with SOP requirements and resolve quality abnormalities caused by operators. 3.3.2 Conduct random inspections of products according to quality standards. 3.3.3 Stop the production line when necessary to prevent quality issues from escalating. 3.4 Operation SOP Management and Abnormality Handling 3.4.1 Guide and check operators to ensure that they work according to production standards. 3.4.2 Coordinate resources and resolve abnormalities that occur during operations. 3.5 Production Improvement 3.5.1 Lead and encourage operators to identify issues, propose improvement suggestions, and implement improvement initiatives. 3.5.2 Manage and optimize production costs. 3.5.3 Improve standard working hours and production efficiency. 3.6 6S Management 3.6.1 Guide and supervise operators to work in accordance with 6S standards. 3.6.2 Conduct 6S training and inspections. 3.7 Team Management 3.7.1 Ensure safe production and report potential safety risks. 3.7.2 Train and educate operators. 3.7.3 Manage operators' work discipline. 3.7.4 Conduct regular team meetings. 3.7.5 Use the operational management system on a daily basis and check the data recorded in the system. 3.8 Other Duties Assigned by Management 3.8.1 Perform other temporary duties assigned by Shift Leaders. 3.8.2 Attend production and new product meetings periodically. Qualifications: Diploma Degree or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably in the automotive or automotive parts industry. Experience in production planning, line management, manpower management, and production scheduling . Good knowledge of SOP, production processes, quality control, 6S, and safety management . Experience in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement . Able to lead, train, and manage operators and effectively control work discipline. Good communication and coordination skills with Production, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and other related departments. Able to analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and prepare performance reports. Able to work under pressure and handle production abnormalities effectively. Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or other productivity improvement activities is an advantage. Basic English or Chinese communication skills would be an advantage.
