About the role: Manage FM Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and invoice follow-up. Coordinate monthly cost allocations, recharges, accruals, and journal voucher (JV) requests to ensure timely and accurate financial processing. Analyse SAP reports and financial data to identify cost trends, variances, and key business drivers. Support intercompany billing, cost validation, and allocation reviews to ensure accurate and appropriate cost reporting. Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and posting issues in collaboration with Accounts Payable (AP), Procurement, Controllers, vendors, and business stakeholders. Maintain accurate vendor master data and ensure financial documentation is complete and up to date. Develop, maintain, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process guides, and other relevant documentation. Ensure financial records, supporting documentation, and management reports are accurate, complete, compliant, and audit-ready. About you: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline. Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Strong knowledge of invoicing, cost allocation, accruals, and financial controls. Proficient in Excel and financial data analysis. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
