Senior Accounting Officer (6 Working days)

About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounting Officer to join the team at Top Link Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Sriracha, Chonburi. This full-time role will see you take on key responsibilities within the accounting and administration functions of the company. What you'll be doing General Accounting Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL) Prepare bank payment. Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts. Accounts Payable Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents. Process payments in accordance with company policy. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Accounts Receivable Issue tax invoices and receipts. Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts. Reconcile AR aging reports. Tax & Statutory Compliance Prepare and submit monthly tax filings: VAT (PP.30), Withholding Tax (PND.1, PND.3, PND.53) Assist with annual filings (PND.50, PND 51), Ensure compliance with Thai Revenue Department regulation. Inventory Controlling, monitoring, and reconciling inventory in a manufacturing environment to ensure accurate stock records. The role works closely with warehouse, production, and accounting teams.
