Responsibilities Supervise and oversee all IT security operations to ensure organizational information systems are protected Monitor and assess cybersecurity risks, and implement preventive as well as corrective measures Manage installation, maintenance, and upgrades of security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, antivirus, and access control systems Coordinate with relevant teams to investigate, respond, and resolve security incidents (Incident Response) Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures in compliance with international standards and applicable regulations (e.g., PDPA, ISO27001) Prepare reports and present IT security performance and risk assessments to managers or executives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Security/Cybersecurity, with prior supervisory or team management experience Strong knowledge of network security, application security, cloud security, and data protection Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are an advantage Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
