Sales target management Plan and achieve sales targets as assigned by the company. Monitor, analyze, and report store performance. Develop strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency. 2. Human staff management Supervise, manage, and lead the store team to ensure efficient operations. Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor employee performance. Train, coach, and motivate team members. 3. Inventory management Control and monitor inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability. Plan product ordering, receiving, and inventory turnover efficiently. Prevent and resolve inventory loss or stock discrepancies. 4. Promotion management Implement and monitor promotional activities according to company plans. Coordinate with relevant departments to support marketing campaigns. Evaluate and report the effectiveness of promotional activities. 5. Display management Ensure product displays and promotional materials are in line with company standards. Maintain the store image and atmosphere to attract customers. Regularly inspect store cleanliness and sales floor readiness. 6. Customer management Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive customer experience. Handle customer complaints, issues, and feedback appropriately. What we're looking for Education: High School Certificate (M.6), Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or higher qualification. Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry. Retail Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail operations, store management, sales performance, inventory control, and customer service standards. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop store teams while driving operational excellence and sales growth. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members. Problem Solving: Ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions, and resolve operational challenges effectively.
