About the role INT is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Makati City, Metro Manila . This is a strategic HR leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and development within the organisation. As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, managing our talent acquisition and retention strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. This role is essential to supporting the growth and success of int transportation by building and maintaining a high-performing, engaged workforce. Key responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall business objectives and support organisational growth Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding of new employees Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling and conflict resolution Administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitive remuneration packages and timely processing of payroll and benefits Lead learning and development initiatives, including training programmes, succession planning and career development opportunities for staff Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, regulations and company policies, including mandatory filings and statutory requirements Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation in accordance with data protection standards Conduct workforce planning and analysis to support business requirements and identify staffing needs Foster a positive workplace culture and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote retention and organisational commitment Report on key HR metrics and provide recommendations to senior management on talent and organisational development matters What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Minimum 3 years of progressive HR management experience, with significant experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labour Code, employment laws and compliance requirements Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management and training and development Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organisational levels Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in handling sensitive HR matters Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is preferred How to apply If you are an experienced HR professional interested in joining int , we encourage you to submit your application now.
