Work away in South Canterbury Travel + Accommodation + Allowances 5 weeks holiday New project starting A highly respected Design & Build contractor is entering an phase of growth and is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join a new project starting in the near future. Lead the day-to-day delivery of a technically challenging construction project in regional Canterbury, travel and accommodation supported and enjoy 5 weeks holiday. Having partnered with this business for years, I've seen first-hand they genuinely invest in their team, back their Site Managers and have built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. You'll coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel, driving short-term planning, sequencing works and resolving issues before they impact productivity. You'll lead from the front, creating a positive site culture while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, workmanship and client satisfaction. The project is based in Regional Canterbury, so you'll be comfortable working away from home Monday to Friday. All travel, accommodation and Living Away From Home Allowances are provided, allowing you to focus on the project while enjoying your weekends back at home. About You We're looking for someone who enjoys running a well-organised site, takes pride in quality workmanship and naturally leads by example.
