Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets, market share, and profitability goals. Analyze market trends, competitor performance (CompSet), and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Work closely with the Revenue Management team to establish competitive pricing, optimize yield strategies, and drive RevPAR and ADR. Account & Business Development: Proactively prospect, negotiate, and secure corporate, travel agency, MICE, and wholesale contracts. Maintain and enhance relationships with key decision-makers, high-value clients, travel partners, and industry associations. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, roadshows, and networking functions. Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure individual and department KPIs are met. Establish clear goals, review sales performance regularly, and provide ongoing coaching and training. Reporting & Financial Management: Prepare annual sales budgets, monthly forecasts, and sales activity reports for executive management. Monitor departmental expenses and ensure efficient allocation of the sales budget. Qualifications Candidates have full working rights for Thailand. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum 10 years of hospitality sales experience, including leadership responsibilities. Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and closing skills. Outstanding leadership and team management abilities. Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of revenue management metrics (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, RGI). Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
