Finance and Accounting Manager (Energy Business)

Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Financial and Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, capital funding, and manage liquidity to ensure sufficient funds for investment in large-scale energy projects. • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Plan annual budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and conduct project financial modeling. • Accounting Control and Closing: Oversee monthly and annual financial statement closing, accounting entries, costs, and asset management for energy plants or infrastructure. • Risk Management and Taxation: Analyze financial risks, exchange rates, and plan tax strategies in accordance with tax laws. • Auditing and Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors, energy regulatory agencies, and oversee internal control systems. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Experience: 4-5 years or more of experience in finance and accounting. Experience in the energy, power plant, or manufacturing industries will be considered an advantage. • Specialized Skills: o Expertise in Financial Modeling and Project Valuation. and investment budget analysis. • Knowledge and understanding of accounting standards (TFRS/IFRS) and tax laws. • Language skills: Ability to communicate well in English, as communication with investors or international organizations will be required
