EVP/VP Flour Business Operation

Location: INTEQC FLOUR MILL Co., Ltd. – Na Khok Subdistrict, Samut Sakhon, Thailand Business Type: Wheat flour products for food business Working Days: Work 6 days a week with flexible days off 2 Saturdays per month. Job Description The report covers the company's structure, operation, SWOT analysis, product and service offerings and corporate actions providing a 360˚ view of the company. Responsible for the Flour Milling segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of wheat flour, bran, buckwheat flour. Create productivity of work in fields and lines of responsibility effectively and efficiently and transfer organizational strategies to line personnel. Ready to support corporate management. Control work in the flour production line for the standard. Supervise and control the work to achieve the planned productivity. Solve problems that arise in production. And report results to commandant. Manage various tasks in the factory to be complete. Participate in the development of production systems and other assignments as assigned. Calculate the production cost and make a price list for the sales department to make the wheat flour production formula. Analyze the problem, find the cause, solve it, summarize the report and submit to the management. Supervise the cost of production. Increase productivity Develop jobs and employees under their command. Job Requirement Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degreeor higher in Mechanical industry / Manufacturing industry/Food science or other related fields. 20+ years’ experience in Wheat Flour Mill Business and Production. Have the ability to plan production. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC Ability in planning and management Have analytical thinking, rationality. Have good English language skills Analyze job problems Solve preventive problems with the parties involved in the production.
